This year’s Aquitanima Tours were unusual, as we had to cancel the Baza-Blond, Limousin, and Parthenaise tours, as well as the international seminar.
Many European countries have been affected by the crisis in the agricultural sector, have suffered from bad weather, and have been impacted by a number of health issues and the unfavorable global geopolitical context, which has had repercussions on the recruitment of foreign professionals.
In addition, we were counting on the participation of the Spanish delegation from the Junta de Castilla y León, who were ultimately unable to attend this year.
We have maintained the Goat and Crossbred tours.
This year, we welcomed around 40 foreign professionals who were present on the tours and at the tradeshow:
- Crossbred Tour with the participation of 7 professionals from the United Kingdom
- Goat Tour with the participation of 19 professionals of 6 different nationalities: 2 Canadians, 1 Nigerian, 5 Dutch, 1 Belgian, 9 Italians, and 1 German
